Can I Get a Refund?

Supercast is a platform where podcasters build and own the billing relationship with their listeners. As such, Supercast will not manage any billing disputes that arise in the podcaster-listener relationship.

How Do I Request a Refund?

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the podcaster.

You can request a refund from the podcaster by contacting their email. This can be found in the FAQ section at the bottom of the podcaster's landing page.

If you're already logged into your account, you'll be redirected to your subscription dashboard. In this case, you must first log out and then re-visit their landing page.

If your podcaster does not list their email or is unresponsive to your email, please contact Supercast at support@supercast.com. Supercast reserves the right to issue refunds in our sole discretion.

What if I was incorrectly billed?
