Collecting Subscriber Addresses for Physical Merch Delivery

Looking for a way to send your subscribers a mug or a t-shirt? Our Merch Benefit feature will provide users with a form to provide their mailing address during sign-up for specific plans.

Configuring the Merch Benefit

To set up the Merch Benefit:

1. From your creator dashboard, click Settings > Benefit Configuration

2. Select Setup Benefit for Merch:

3. Fill out the name and Merch Details fields and Save Benefit:

4. Create/Navigate to the plan(s) where you would like to collect addresses > Edit the plan. Under the Extra Benefits section toggle on the Merch Benefit that you've just configured and Save Plan.

Exporting Addresses

Subscribers are prompted to provide an address during the checkout process. These addresses are available to review in the Subscriber export. You can download this report by following:

1. Subscriptions > Filter on the Plan you would like addresses for > Download as CSV

You now have a spreadsheet with addresses to share with your fulfillment team!
