For whatever reason, sometimes a subscriber will not connect to your feed as soon as they sign up. They could be distracted, and miss that final step to subscribe to your premium podcast. This article will teach you how to automatically send a connection reminder notification to a subscriber who has not connected to their feed 3 days after sign-up.

Sending a connection reminder notification to subscribers

1. In your Supercast dashboard, click on the  Notification Preferences button in the left-hand menu.

2. Check the box for Connection Reminder notification.

3. Click the Update button.
