Custom domains help you put your premium subscription experience on your brand—so subscribers see your name and URL, not a generic platform link.
Even though Supercast is designed to be creator-forward by default, using a custom domain (like premium.yourshow.com) can make your membership feel more official and owned—strengthening the direct relationship between you and your subscribers.
Set up a custom domain for your Supercast membership (step-by-step)
1) Go to your Custom Domain settings
In Supercast, open Settings → Custom Domain.
2) Enter the domain you want to use
On the next page, click on Add Custom Domain then type the exact domain you want subscribers to visit (example: premium.yourshow.com) and submit it.
Supercast will begin setting up secure access (SSL) in the background so your site can load over https://.
3) Update your DNS records (at your domain provider)
Next, you’ll add a couple of DNS records where you manage your domain (like GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Squarespace, Namecheap, etc.). Supercast will show you the exact values to copy/paste.
You’ll typically add:
A domain verification / validation record This confirms you own the domain and allows Supercast to issue a secure certificate.
A CNAME record (this connects your domain to Supercast) This points your custom domain to your Supercast-hosted address.
Example: premium.hubermanlab.com → CNAME to hubermanlab.supercast.com
4) Come back to Supercast and click Validate
After saving the DNS changes with your provider, return to Supercast and click Validate.
Supercast will check:
That your verification record is in place, and
That your CNAME points correctly.
If something isn’t right yet, Supercast will tell you which record needs fixing (DNS changes can also take a little time to “propagate,” depending on your provider).
5) Finish and start using your custom domain
Once validation succeeds, Supercast completes the setup and your custom domain will be live and ready for subscribers.
