Managing Your Subscriptions

As a podcast subscriber, you will have access to Supercast's intuitive user interface from your subscriber dashboard.

This article will cover the following:

Logging In

Use this link or go to www.supercast.com and click on Log In.

Note: You can choose to sign in with a log in code sent to your email or sign in with a password instead.

Logging in will bring you to your subscriber's home page. From here you can access your private feed, manage your subscription(s), change your payment method, and ask the host questions if they have AMAs enabled.

Once you log in, you must first select the Premium Podcast that you'd like to manage, before being able to make changes to your subscription:
 

Accessing Your Private Feed

To access your feed click on one of the popular podcast players listed under the " Listen Anywhere" section.

If you are on a desktop and want to access this feature on your phone, scroll down and you can manually copy and upload the RSS feed or send it to another device using a phone number.

Upgrade Your Subscription

As a subscriber, you have the ability to upgrade your subscription anytime.

1. Navigate to the Manage Subscription under your initials in the top right corner

2. Scroll down to "Plan and Billing"

3. Click Manage Subscription

4. Choose your new plan.

5. Click Update Subscription.

Cancellation

As a subscriber, you have the ability to cancel your subscription anytime. If you cancel, you will continue to receive premium benefits until the end of your billing period.

1. Navigate to Manage Subscription under your initials in the top right corner.

2. Scroll down to "Plan and Billing"

3. Click Manage Subscription

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription.

Optional: Fill in the  Cancellation Survey to help your creator understand the reason for canceling.

Un-do Cancellation

Navigate to Manage Subscription under your initials in the top right hand corner.

Click  Un-do Cancellation.

Payments and Credit Cards

Update Payment Information

Click on Manage Subscription under your initials in the top right hand corner, select "change" under Payment Card to update your credit card.

Can't Access the Menu?

If you don't see the menu on the top right of your account, it could be because you are viewing the page in a smaller window or on a small device. In order to open up the menu, click the menu button in the top right corner. 

The menu will then drop down from the top of the page.

Changing Your Password

To change your account password click on the Profile Icon in the top right corner of your dashboard.

Click on Change Password on the left-hand side of the screen.

Create your new password, confirm it, then click the Change Password button.

Changing Your Email

Click on the  Profile Icon in the top right corner of your dashboard.

Click on  Profile from the menu that drops down.

Enter your new  email, then click Update.
