Managing Your Subscriptions

As a podcast subscriber, you will have access to Supercast's intuitive user interface from your subscriber dashboard.

This article will cover the following:

Logging In

Use this link or go to and click on Log In in the top right corner.

Note: If you have not logged into your Supercast listener dashboard before, click on Forgot Password?, and we'll send you an email giving you access to your account.

Logging in will bring you to your subscriber home page. From here you can access your private feed, manage your subscription(s), change your payment method, and ask the host questions if they have AMAs enabled.

Accessing Your Private Feed

To access your feed click on one of the popular podcast players listed under the " Choose a podcast app to listen" section.

If you are on a desktop and want to access this feature on your phone, scroll down and you can manually copy and upload the RSS feed or send it to another device using a phone number.


As a subscriber, you have the ability to cancel your subscription anytime. If you cancel, you will continue to receive premium benefits until the end of your billing period.

Click  Change / Cancel.

Click  Cancel Subscription.

6. Optional: Fill in the  Cancellation Survey to help your creator understand the reason for canceling.

Payments and Credit Cards

Update Payment Information

Click on Payment Card in the menu bar found on the top left of the page to update your credit card, change to a new one, or delete a credit card from your account.

Can't Access the Menu?

If you don't see the menu on the top right of your account, it could be because you are viewing the page in a smaller window or on a small device. In order to open up the menu, click the menu button in the top right corner

The menu will then drop down from the top of the page.

Changing Your Password

To change your account password click on the Profile Icon in the top right corner of your dashboard.

Click on Change Password from the menu that drops down.

Create your new password, confirm it, then click the Change Password button. 

Changing Your Email

Click on the   Profile Icon in the top right corner of your dashboard.

Click on  Profile from the menu that drops down.

Enter your new  email, then click Update.
