Connecting Stripe and Receiving Payments

Using Stripe is an easy way for businesses to manage incoming payments. By connecting a Stripe account to your Supercast, you will be able to accept subscription fees from your loyal listeners. Once Stripe is set up, you can start creating different plans for your audience to subscribe to.

Connecting Stripe to Supercast

1. In Supercast, navigate to Settings > Payments and click on Connect with Stripe.

2. Log in to your Stripe account. If you don't have an account, follow the link at the beginning of the article to create one.

Note: You must create a Stripe account to use Supercast. If you wish to use a different payment processing tool that is not Stripe, you will have to upgrade to a custom plan. Please contact support@supercast.com or click on the purple chat beacon in the right-hand corner of your screen to inquire about custom plans.

Member Ownership

Your members aren’t locked into our platform. Because all your member billing information and credit card relationships are contained within your Stripe account, you can take them with you at any time.
